National Hispanic Heritage Month

September 25-26 2024, Clifton, NJ and Cherry Hill, NJNational Hispanic Heritage Month at our Clifton and Cherry Hill, NJ campuses was a vibrant and flavorful celebration! This annual observance, running from September 15 to October 15, honors the histories, cultures, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans. The month serves as a time to recognize the profound impact Hispanic communities have had historically and continue to have on the cultural fabric of the United States.

Both campuses brought together students and staff for a potluck featuring a delicious variety of Hispanic dishes. Students contributed homemade dishes from their culture showcasing the rich diversity of flavors within the community. American Institute complemented the event by providing chips, salsa, and guacamole for a delicious celebration!

Christopher Coutts, Senior Vice President of Ground Strategic Operations, shared, “Events like this serve to foster understanding and celebrate the cultural diversity that makes our #AIFamily so special. Through food, conversations, and shared stories, our Clifton and Cherry Hill campuses honored National Hispanic Heritage Month and learned about each other beyond just the skills they are acquiring together during their training program.”
