UMA Education, Inc. (“UMAE”), inclusive of the operations of Ultimate Medical Academy, Nasium Training, and American Institute, does not discriminate on the basis of sex and expressly prohibits sex discrimination in its programs and activities, including with regard to admissions and employment. UMAE is also committed to responding promptly and effectively in response to conduct that reasonably may constitute Sex Discrimination, including by offering supportive measures as appropriate, and resolving complaints in a fair and timely manner.

Notifications of conduct that reasonably could constitute Sex Discrimination are to be directed to the Title IX Coordinator. Likewise, complaints, i.e., requests for UMAE to investigate conduct and make a determination as to whether it constitutes Sex Discrimination in violation of the Sex Discrimination Prohibited by Title IX policy, are to be directed to the Title IX Coordinator.
